Steep Hill
Steep HIll is made by cold-racking, a process where cider is repeatedly racked off the lees during the cold winter months, naturally slowing fermentation to produce a sweeter, fruitier cider.
This is Blend 1 - Made from apples picked from a mature standard orchard on the Wales Shropshire border. Grazed by sheep but otherwise left to grow wild, this orchard contains many varieties traditionally grown in the area including Hereford Redstreak, Bloody Butcher, Morgan sweet and Brown Snout.
Rich and tannic.
