This year our Let Me See Them Apples blend is a mid-season blend from Prospect Orchard. The quality and volume of fruit from Prospect Orchard in 2025 was fantastic and we were able to create this full bodied, intense cider from our mid-season harvest from our home orchard.

Full of tannins, punchy acidity and intense fruit.

This one is going to age beautifully. I’d get a case now and cellar age for a year or two!
