Let Me See Them Apples 2022

£10.50

Let me see them apples 2023, 75 cl, 6.9% abv

A cider made from a blend of Shropshire and Montgomeryshire apples. We normally make a single orchard blend from this Shropshire orchard, which is our Border's Bittersweet. This year, we blended the fruit with some of the earlier apples from Prospect Orchard which made a lighter cider with more acidity and softer tannins. This still cider really lets the apples speak for themselves.
