This cider is made from apples picked from a mature standard orchard on the Wales Shropshire border grazed by sheep but otherwise left to grow wild. This lush lowland orchard in the shadow of the Long Mynd provides a beautiful contrast to our rocky, Cambrian Mountain Orchard.
100% juice fermented with native wild yeasts. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, no added sulphites.
Sudd 100% wedi’i eplesu gyda burumau gwyllt brodorol. Heb eu hidlo, heb eu basteureiddio, dim sylffidau ychwanegol.
Made from Hereford Redstreak, Bloody Butcher, Morgan Sweet and Brown Snout.
These fine old bittersweet varieties combine to make a very complex cider, rich and deep in flavour.
Pineapple acidity is balanced by the earthy flavours of orchard floor and summer stone fruits, finishing with bitter almonds, tannins and toffee.
Pairs well with roast meat, mushrooms, cheddar or smoked gouda.
